The Vernier branch gets a makeover
The Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE) has reopened its newly redone Vernier branch. Located in the centre of town, the branch has been renovated to give clients an improved in-branch experience. This renovation is the latest in a series of branch renovations and part of the Bank’s plan to modernise its network of 21 branches scattered throughout Geneva.

Present at the event were Mr Mathias Buschbeck, Mayor of the town of Vernier; Mrs Pierrette Jaton Klopfenstein, member of the Executive Board and Head of the Geneva Division; and Mr Kevin Eltschinger, Branch Manager. With this reopening, BCGE has further demonstrated how committed it is to fulfilling its mission of supporting the Geneva economy. Located in the heart of the Canton’s second-largest town, BCGE’s Vernier branch has been designed to serve as a place of exchange and conviviality. The reception area has been reorganised and a new 24-hour zone has been added to guarantee comfort and a high level of security for clients.
At the event, Pierrette Jaton Klopfenstein stated: “BCGE’s renovation of this branch is a testament to the close ties the Bank has had with Vernier for many, many years. This renovation, together with the team’s hard work, has been for the purpose of improving the experience of our Vernier clients and providing them with high-quality banking services.”
