Measures relating to contacts and meetings with the bank

In view of the recommendations issued by the Federal Office of Public Health and considering the latest developments concerning the worldwide spread of Covid-19 (also referred to as SARS-CoV-2), we kindly ask you to apply the following measures when contacting our bank (visits/meetings):
If you have recently stayed in an area affected by the epidemic, please contact your personal adviser by phone or by e-mail or contact our call centre (telephone 058.211.21.00) before coming into one of our branches in order to determine the best way of communicating with you. If you have access to Netbanking, we recommend that you use this option for your banking transactions during this critical period.
