I changes phone; what should I do ?


Advice: The Mobile Netbanking application allows you to stay connected to your bank. It includes a convenient payment slip scanner that allows you to pay your bills quickly with your smartphone without having to enter the reference number.

If you have changed smartphone, simply connect to your Netbanking and go to the Settings => Mobile Netbanking menu
In step 3: Authorised devices, click "Add device" and retrieve the activation code visible in the new window displayed. 

On your new smartphone, enter the same usual password and the new activation code on the Mobile Netbanking application.
This will activate the application on your new smartphone.
