After closure of the subscription period on 12 June 2024, Investissements Fonciers SA (IFSA) and Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE) are pleased to announce that the issue has been a resounding success and fully subscribed. The 1,046,782 new shares issued represent a total addition to the fund of approximately CHF 113 million. The new shares have been paid up and were listed on SIX Swiss Exchange on 18 June 2024.

This success reflects La Foncière’s strong reputation on the markets. It also demonstrates the high-quality relationship between IFSA and BCGE (the fund’s custodian bank), which have achieved this result together. The capital raised will be used to carry out projects aimed at acquiring residential properties, increasing the density and improving the energy efficiency of the existing building stock, and keeping debt at a moderate level.
